Things You MUST Know

All payments must be completed at time of registration.

You must pick up your student on time.  If your student is picked up late on more than one occasion you will forfeit your spot in the class and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation and refund policy:

  • If a class doesn't meet minimum enrollment by the end of the registration period, the class might cancel, and you will get refunded by the vendor/instructor. We will contact the vendor first to confirm and send you notification via e-mail either way. You can then sign up for any other available class.
  • As soon as you receive payment instructions, you are expected to pay for your class. Payment guarantees your student's placement in the class and must be completed at the time of registration. Your student is not considered registered until both the registration details on the website (pickup etc) have been completed and payment has been made.
  • If you decide to take your child out of class after registration closes, and your cancellation causes the class to go below the vendor/instructor minimum enrollment there will be no refund. Some vendors might offer a credit for future classes- but most do not. So please check your child's schedules for conflicts before signing them up.

PARENT VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT:

  • This program can only exist with parent support. As per NSD policy and our insurance, one parent volunteer is required for each day of class. You may be asked to volunteer at least one time in the whole session-per child enrolled.
  • A class without a parent volunteer will be cancelled without refund or make-up day. PTA volunteers are required to monitor students during snack time, and take attendance. They stay in the classroom during instruction time, and check students out to their pick-up person at the end of the session. You must remain until all students are picked up.
