Good news from the Art Docent Chairs
All of our classes now have Art docents. Thank you to everyone who signed up! Artwork may or not come home right away. Sometimes it is kept at school for art books that come home at the end of the year. When you do receive work from your child, you might like to ask them which artist they learned about, or which technique they were practicing. Did they like working with that medium? Why or why not? Pass the Hat Fundraiser Update
Pass the Hat has raised over $4600 to date as of September 30th. Great job Bear Creek families! 100% of your Pass the Hat donation is directed to the BC PTA to support beneficial programs and services right here at Bear Creek such as classroom grants for teachers and staff, school grants, scholarships, art docent supplies, field trip fees, and events such as the Dads & Donuts.
